About Us
Soleil Salon & Spa is a full-service Aveda concept salon and spa serving Windham, Salem, and the surrounding NH and MA communities since 2003. We believe in ongoing education, teamwork, and creating beautiful results for every guest.
About the RoleWe are looking for a talented Hair Stylist to join our team, especially stylists with a specialty they love. If you have a signature skill, we want to help you grow it, market it, and build a loyal clientele around it.
Specialties We're Looking ForWe welcome stylists with experience in one or more of these areas:
- Color specialist: balayage, lived-in color, blonding, and color correction
- Hair extensions: tape-in, hand-tied, or other methods
- Braiding: protective styles and creative braids
- Bridal and event styling: updos, weddings, and special occasions
- Curly and textured hair: cutting and styling for natural curls
- Smoothing treatments: keratin and frizz-control services
- Men's cuts and grooming
- Scalp and hair health: treatments for thinning hair and scalp care
- Provide haircuts, color, styling, and treatments
- Create braids and updos for weddings, events, and special occasions
- Consult with each guest to understand their goals
- Recommend Aveda products and at-home care
- Rebook guests and build a loyal clientele
- Keep your station clean and organized
- Stay current with trends through ongoing education
- Current New Hampshire cosmetology license (required)
- Strong cutting and color skills
- Experience with braiding and updos (bridal and event styling a plus)
- A specialty or a strong interest in developing one
- Friendly, professional, and guest-focused
- Team player who is eager to learn and grow
