Recreation/Activity Coordinator

Join our team as a Recreation/Activity Coordinator and help us create a vibrant and engaging environment for our residents! In this role, you'll work independently, promoting and implementing a variety of activities. Your responsibilities will include assisting residents during meals, performing light housekeeping tasks, and facilitating both one-on-one and group activities. You will also have the opportunity to transport residents using Taylor Community's 15‑passenger bus and other vehicles for off‑campus outings, with training provided.

• Develop and implement engaging activities for residents
• Assist residents during meals and perform light housekeeping
• Facilitate one-on-one interactions and group activities
• Transport residents for off-campus activities using community vehicles

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in activities coordination preferred
• Dementia training is a plus; willingness to learn is essential
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite
• Must be between 25 and 75 years old
• Energetic and enthusiastic, with a passion for resident engagement
• Flexible schedule, including availability for some nights, weekends, and holidays
• Valid and clean driver's license
