Residential Resources is hiring
Weekend Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals affected by intellectual/developmental disabilities in our staffed residences in Keene/Greater Keene area—and we have multiple openings available!
Whether you're an experienced DSP or new to the field, we welcome your passion and dedication. Each home has its own rhythm—some are calm and quiet, others more active—so we’ll work with you to find the right fit.
Weekend Shifts Available:- Saturday &/or Sunday
- 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- $17.00-$20.00 depending on the residence.
- Provide hands-on support and personal care
- Assist with daily routines and medication (training provided)
- Foster a safe, respectful, and engaging environment
- Individuals who want to workall or most of their hours on weekends
- Compassionate, dependable, and ready to make a difference
- Must be18 years or older
- At least3 years as a licensed driver with a clean driving record
- Must pass all required criminal and background checks
