Qualifications:

• Active RBT certification required
• Prior experience providing behavioral support in schools or pediatric settings
• Ability to follow individualized behavior intervention plans
• Excellent communication skills with students, staff, and families
• Reliability and professionalism in diverse educational environments

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct 1:1 behavioral interventions to students under supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and record data on student behaviors and intervention outcomes
• Support implementation of social skills programs and positive behavior supports across school settings
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and special education personnel
• Maintain confidentiality while ensuring the safety and well-being of students
