As a SYNERGY Home Care caregiver, you'll have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of people of different ages and abilities. Every client is different, and that's what makes this work so rewarding.

Depending on the client's needs, you may:

• Provide companionship and meaningful social engagement

• Help with light housekeeping and keeping the home comfortable

• Prepare meals

• Provide medication reminders

• Assist with everyday activities and personal needs

• Provide transportation to appointments, shopping, or errands when needed

• Build a trusting relationship with clients and their families

• Communicate with our care team and help us provide consistent, dependable care

• Bring a little extra kindness to someone's day

Sometimes the most important thing you do is simply be there.

• $18–$35 per hour
  , depending on experience and assignment

• Paid orientation and ongoing training

• Direct deposit

• Time-and-a-half for overtime and holidays
