Physical Therapist (PT) - PRN
Pleasant Valley Nursing & Rehab Center, Derry, NH
$55-60/hour
Pleasant Valley Nursing & Rehab Center is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team. This opportunity offers flexible scheduling while supporting residents with mobility, strength, and functional goals in a skilled nursing setting.
Responsibilities- Complete physical therapy evaluations and provide individualized treatment
- Address gait training, balance, strengthening, transfers, and endurance goals
- Collaborate with rehab staff and nursing on resident care plans
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment as needed
- Maintain timely documentation
- Active PT license required
- Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
- Strong clinical and communication skills
Direct Hire. No Agency.
