Base pay range: $16.00/yr - $18.00/yr

We are hiring for a Full-Time and Part-Time Front Desk Attendant position at the Fairfield Inn by Marriott located in Plymouth, NH. As a valued member of our team, you will deliver exceptional guest experiences and contribute to a welcoming hotel environment.

• Maintain a warm, welcoming, and professional demeanor while interacting with all guests
• Check guests in and out of the hotel, ensure proper payment is received, note and fulfill special requests, and record accurate information
• Answer the phone in a professional and helpful manner
• Post charges and settle guest accounts according to procedures
• Address and resolve guest problems to increase guest satisfaction
• Be knowledgeable about emergency procedures and hotel policies
• Practice punctuality for scheduled shifts

Weekends are a must; 7-3PM and 3-11PM shift options available

Part-Time and Full-Time

$16 - $18 Per Hour
