Overlooking Lake Winnisquam, the resort boasts 150+ guest rooms, a full‑service restaurant, and a wide range of indoor and outdoor amenities (employee use permitted). • Serve guests to the highest standards
• Be attentive and resolve difficult situations with guests as they arise
• Handle activity reservation system
• Follow and maintain all safety guidelines for each attraction and specific area
• Assess risks involved in an activity, taking into account weather and guests’ abilities
• Manage laser tag and E‑bike rental operations
• Guide guests on E‑bike tours around the property, including trails
• Supervise guests for laser tag, E‑bike, and pools
• Clean, organize, and store all equipment
• Maintain laser tag arena
• Maintain E‑bikes and trail system
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed
