Overview
A Resort Host’s main focus is ensuring the guest has a wonderful Loon experience. Hosts provide information on events, activities, snow conditions and assist with skis, equipment, solve problems, and are visible and helpful in the beginner and intermediate trail areas, etc. As a customer focused organization, a crucial part of each employee's job is to get and keep guests.
Responsibilities- Provide information on events and activities, snow conditions, and assist guests with skis and equipment.
- Solve problems and be visible and helpful in the beginner and intermediate trail areas.
- Perform duties as assigned by the Resort Host Manager/Coordinator; schedules may vary with business needs.
- Commit to a defined work schedule and be prepared to work holidays and weekends as required.
- High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
