The role of the Housekeeping Floor Supervisor is to ensure that the cleaning and servicing of guestrooms meet the Omni standards.
Responsibilities- Inspects the cleaning and servicing of guestrooms prior to 3pm
- Assigns special assignments as directed by the Executive Housekeeper, Assistant Executive Housekeeper or the OPERA Reports (i.e VIPs, Early arrivals, rollaways, cribs, SG)
- Inputs any repairs or discrepancies of guest rooms in Synergy
- Ensures that all GRAs have appropriate supplies and linens.
- Assists in the cleaning of guest rooms when necessary.
- Assists in processing AM and PM room status reports.
- Ensures that the GRA's linen cart is neat and well organized.
- Ensures that linen closets on guest room floors are completely stocked and organized daily.
- Opening the house on a daily basis
- Assist in facilitating Morning standups
- Attend and assist with the Monthly OST meetings
- Manage the Housemen and Floor Responsibilities
- Ensure all Safety Policies and Procedures are followed and adhered to
- Daily Medallia Board is posted and Shared with Associates
- Duties include but are not limited to the job description outlined above and the corresponding checklist
- Displays a positive, upbeat and professional demeanor with all guests and associates
- Completion of all assigned duties as directed by the Executive Housekeeper/Assist. Exec Hskper.
- Maintain property to Omni standards as outlined in Rooms Operation Manual
- Responds quickly and urgently to all guest requests
- Participates and embraces guest service skill requirements and the 6 pillars of Omni Culture:
Power of One, Mirror Image, Trilogy, OST, OSC, Moments of Service - Conducts Moments of Service success checklists on a daily/weekly basis
- Conducts guestroom inspection checklist on daily/weekly basis
- Conducts Rooms control to update personal preference profiles
- Associate's degree or equivalent experiece preferred.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Fulltime, part time, and on call positions available.
