Human Resources Coordinator

This onsite Human Resources Coordinator role in Durham, NH supports day-to-day HR operations and serves as a key contact across hiring, engagement, and compliance.

• Coordinate talent acquisition activities, including interview scheduling
  , new hire documentation
  , and offer letters
  , while supporting additional onboarding tasks.
• Manage complex calendars
  , meetings, records, and correspondence with strong attention to detail
  .
• Deliver customer service for visitors and employee/partner interactions via phone and email
  .
• Coordinate meetings, events, projects, and programs by handling logistics
  , materials
  , communications
  , and timelines
  .
• Maintain accurate HRIS data and produce reports using Excel data analysis tools.
• Prepare and maintain HR materials including presentations
  , spreadsheets
  , databases
  , reports
  , and forms
  .
• Handle confidential information with discretion while protecting data integrity.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on workforce management and HR systems projects, including Workday
  .

• Minimum 2 years of experience in human resources or HR department roles.
• Proficiency with HR systems
  , including HRIS platforms such as Workday
  .
• Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills to engage employees at all levels and help manage conflict resolution
  .
• Strong organization and a proactive problem-solving approach in a fast-paced environment.
