Overview
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Police Officer located in Meredith, NH. The Police Officer will be responsible for maintaining law and order, enforcing laws and regulations, conducting criminal investigations, collecting and preserving evidence, and patrolling assigned areas. Additional duties include responding to emergencies, preparing detailed reports, and testifying in court as needed.

Minimum Qualifications
United States citizen, high school diploma or equivalent, and must be 21 years of age at the time of appointment. Candidates may be required to complete physical agility testing, oral board interview, polygraph, medical and psychological examinations, and an extensive background investigation.
Full-Time certified officers are encouraged to apply and may be compensated based on experience. Preference may be afforded to those candidates already certified by the State of NH or other accepted police certifications.
Non-certified candidates with college degrees, corrections experience, or a true desire to work in law enforcement are also encouraged to apply.
Salary$30.46 to $41.98 per hour
