The Town of Pelham, New Hampshire is seeking applications for the full-time position of Office Manager within the Planning Department. This is a union position reporting directly to the Planning Director. The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of the Planning Department, supporting the Planning Director and land use boards, assisting with the processing and issuance of permits, and coordinating office workflow.
This position serves as a primary point of contact for applicants, contractors, and the public.

QualificationsAssociate’s degree or equivalent experience in office administration, municipal operations, or a related field, with demonstrated experience supporting and managing the day-to-day needs of an office. Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills are required.

Salary: $26.14-$29.54 per hour in accordance with the applicable bargaining agreement. Placement within the range is based on qualifications and experience.
