Job Title: Senior Lettings Manager
Location: Newbury
Salary: Up to £60,000 OTE

Job Summary &
Key Responsibilities:
Duties will include:
Create and maintain the largest active market share of any agent in the area
Maximise revenues and grow the property register
Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
Drive branch profitability and achieve financial targets
Manage and motivate employees through regular 1:1s, reviews, and team meetings
Lead the team through effective action planning and delivery to achieve branch objectives
Previous experience in Estate Agency and customer service
Target-driven and tenacious, with a proven record of achieving results
Strong team management and leadership skills
Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and professional
Excellent communication, organisational, and presentation skills
Innovative and proactive, with ideas for market growth
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle insured for business use
