Location: Newbury

Salary: Up to £60,000 OTE

Job Summary &

Key Responsibilities:

Duties will include:

  • Create and maintain the largest active market share of any agent in the area

  • Maximise revenues and grow the property register

  • Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals

  • Drive branch profitability and achieve financial targets

  • Manage and motivate employees through regular 1:1s, reviews, and team meetings

  • Lead the team through effective action planning and delivery to achieve branch objectives

Skills & Experience Required:
  • Previous experience in Estate Agency and customer service

  • Target-driven and tenacious, with a proven record of achieving results

  • Strong team management and leadership skills

  • Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and professional

  • Excellent communication, organisational, and presentation skills

  • Innovative and proactive, with ideas for market growth

  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle insured for business use

  • Legal right to work in the UK
