• Operate lamination and embossing machines to meet stringent production schedules.
• Monitor adhesion, embossing, and overall finish of Len-Tex Wall coverings.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area while following all safety protocols.
• Perform regular machine clean-up and report maintenance needs to ensure uninterrupted production.

To excel in this position, candidates should possess strong manufacturing experience coupled with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to teamwork. The ability to lift 50–60 lbs and maintain an active presence on your feet for extended periods is essential.
