We are seeking 2 reliable, experienced Maintenance Technicians to ensure the efficient operation of production, facility, and utility equipment. This hands-on role involves daily equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical and electrical systems to support a high-functioning manufacturing environment.

• Pay: $22-$27/hr (DOE)
• Sign-On & Retention Bonus:
  Up to $1,250
• Shifts Available:
  • Days:
    Sunday-Thursday (5 AM-2 PM / 10 AM-6 PM) & Wednesday-Saturday (5 AM-2 PM / 12 AM-6 AM)
  • Nights:
    Sunday-Wednesday (8 PM-6 AM) & Wednesday-Saturday (8 PM-6 AM)
  • Training:
    Monday-Friday (9 AM-5 PM, subject to change)

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot & repair mechanical/electrical issues (gearboxes, AC/DC drives, PLCs, motors)
• Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment
• Assist with rebuilding spare parts & maintaining inventory
• Ensure compliance with safety rules & PPE requirements

Qualifications:

• Experience with proxy switches, servo/stepper motors, drives, & encoders
• Basic plumbing, electrical & mechanical skills
• Welding experience (preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to work holidays, overtime, and non-standard hours
• Strong attendance & ability to handle job-related stress

• Work Environment:
  Exposure to moving parts, heat, vibration, and occasional work in high places or near chemicals (safety accommodations provided as needed)
