- 2nd Shift: 2:00pm - 10:15pm M-F - Additional 20% differential on top of base rate!
- 3rd Shift: 10:00pm - 6:15am S-TH - Additional 30% differential on top of base rate!

The Receiver II is responsible for the timely and accurate unloading of trucks, receipt, verification, and delivery of materials to the appropriate location. This mid‑level position requires 2+ years of experience. The Receiver II will work both independently and in a team environment.
Job Duties and Responsibilities- Accurately receive items into inventory via Oracle EBS, identify incorrect inbound material, and resolve with appropriate parties.
- Send follow‑up emails to Buyers to clear Receiving Crashes and systematically receive material requiring 3 or more sequential and/or follow‑up Oracle transactions.
- Secure correct pallet and/or package labels and “Move To Stock” labels in correct sequence while accurately recording item number, lot number, quantity, and number of packages for 100% accuracy when verifying orders.
- Unload trucks, inspect freight for damage, sign BOLs, and physically place material into its appropriate location.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by correctly identifying, labeling, and transacting materials and supplies.
- Train new hires as needed.
- Engage in and actively volunteer for Continuous Improvement projects and tasks.
- Participate in and sustain 5S Standards.
- Follow all required Safety and ISO procedures.
- Maintain regular on‑site attendance and punctuality.
- Work in other functional areas and/or facilities as required.
- Work overtime or alternate shifts as required.
- Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years of Receiving experience required.
- Acquire at least 2 PIT and/or MEWP certifications.
- Microsoft Office (Outlook and Word) experience required; intermediate knowledge of Logistics Oracle transactions related to receiving.
- Help in other parts of the team regularly, working with and relaying information to other departments.
- Complete required tasks in a timely manner per business unit needs.
- Communicate effectively and recommend solutions to management.
- Demonstrate critical‑thinking skills and good judgment.
- Convey ideas and information to others in written and spoken English.
- Perform repetitive tasks.
- Primarily standing (90+% of the shift) except for lunch and break periods.
- Shifts vary: 8, 10, or 12 hours.
- Expose to a typical manufacturing environment with frequent standing, sitting, stooping, squatting, walking, and stair climbing; lift up to 40 lbs.
- Reach, bend, kneel frequently at 50% or more of the shift.
- Use fine motor skills to grip, reach, pull, turn, and use tools.
- Vision abilities: close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, and focus on fine print.
- Wear required PPE.
- Comply with all work exposure EH&S training and SIG SAUER security mandates.
