What You'll Do

As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in keeping our production equipment operating safely, efficiently, and reliably.

Responsibilities include:
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair automated manufacturing and packaging equipment.
  • Maintain mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, rebuilds, and production changeovers.
  • Read and interpret schematics, electrical diagrams, technical manuals, and equipment drawings.
  • Collaborate with operators and supervisors to maximize equipment uptime and line efficiency.
  • Identify root causes of equipment failures and implement corrective solutions.
  • Optimize machine performance to support production goals and reduce downtime.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and equipment upgrades.
  • Follow all company safety, quality, food safety, and maintenance standards.

Qualifications Education
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Associate degree, technical certification, trade school training, or equivalent maintenance education preferred.

Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE) Requirements
  • 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in food, beverage, bottling, packaging, or high-speed manufacturing environments is a plus.
  • Experience with blow molders, fillers, cappers, conveyors, labelers, packers, palletizers, and wrappers is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Krones, Sidel, or similar bottling and packaging systems is a plus.
  • Experience working with Siemens, Schneider, B&R, Danfoss, SEW, Mitsubishi, or similar PLC and VFD platforms is a plus.
  • Welding and fabrication experience is a plus.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to teamwork.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to work safely and professionally in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
