We are seeking an experienced Embroidery Department Supervisor in the Newfields, NH area to lead daily embroidery operations in a production environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with significant industrial embroidery experience who can oversee production, maintain quality standards, train employees, and ensure deadlines are consistently met.

Responsibilities- Read and interpret work orders and production specifications.
- Set up and operate multiple 6-head industrial embroidery machines.
- Monitor embroidery runs and make adjustments as needed.
- Troubleshoot machine issues and resolve production challenges.
- Maintain quality standards while meeting production deadlines
- Utilize the proper stabilizers and embroidery techniques for different fabric types.
- Perform basic machine cleaning and preventative maintenance.
- Work closely with the Department Supervisor while also being able to work independently when needed.
- Assist in other production departments as necessary.
- Some previous experience operating multi-head industrial embroidery machines required.
- Experience setting up and running embroidery production jobs.
- Understanding of embroidery techniques, stabilizers, and different fabric applications.
- Ability to identify and correct quality issues during production runs.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work efficiently in a production-driven environment.
- Dependable attendance and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday.
- Ability to perform repetitive motions and work in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to lift and move production materials as needed.

Newfields, NH - Pay: $19.00 – $22.00 per hour
- Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
