You support our team as Tool Shop Operator 2nd Shift
.

• Set up and operate CNC machines and lathes to produce precision components according to engineering drawings and specifications.
• Prepare tooling, machine setups, and raw materials while maintaining compliance with safety standards, PPE requirements, and manufacturing procedures.
• Perform quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring instruments to verify product conformance.
• Sharpen, maintain, and replace cutting tools, inserts, and tooling equipment to maximize machine performance and productivity.
• Process raw materials and manufactured components to support tool room, machining, and production operations.
• Operate heat treat ovens and related equipment in accordance with process specifications and quality requirements.
• Support Lean Manufacturing, 5S, continuous improvement, preventive maintenance, and workplace organization initiatives to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Pay up to $35.91/hour depending on experience

• High School Diploma, Technical Training, or equivalent degree
• High level of commitment and flexibility
