SCREEN Room​/Reclaim Operator - Masis Staffing

Screen Room / Reclaim Operator (Screen Printing) — Newfields, NH — $18/hr

Masis Staffing Solutions is hiring for a Screen Room / Reclaim Operator in Newfields, NH. Experience in the textile screen printing industry is a plus, but not required—we're willing to train the right person. This is a 1st shift opportunity, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Learn the basics of screen printing processes and workflow
• Learn about different screen meshes and their uses
• De-tape and scrape used screens to prep them for reclaim
• Operate an automatic reclaiming machine, including:
  • Loading screens
  • Monitoring the cycle
  • Rinsing screens after the reclaim process
• Run the screen coating machine as needed
• Learn to run the Computer-to-Screen (CTS) imaging system
• Learn to run an automatic rinse-out/developer
• Tape and block out developed screens after rinse/dry
• Support other departments as needed

• Pay Rate: $18/hour

• Willingness to learn and follow process steps carefully
• Comfortable working with hands-on equipment and tools
• Ability to stay organized and maintain a steady workflow
• Screen printing/textile printing experience is a plus (not required)
