The OpportunityAs our Marketing & Growth Manager, you’ll collaborate closely with our amazing internal teams to develop and execute new strategies for growth.
You’ll have the opportunity to work across digital marketing, social media, paid advertising, public relations, community engagement, reputation management, and events. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be expected to think creatively, solve problems, test ideas, analyze results, and turn opportunities into action.
We’re looking for someone who can balance strategy with execution —someone who can come up with the idea in the morning and roll up their sleeves to make it happen that afternoon.
What You’ll DoYour responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative and effective growth strategies
- Develop, manage, and optimize Google Ads and pay-per-click campaigns
- Create and execute engaging social media strategies and content
- Help grow our presence on platforms such as Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook, and Google
- Develop creative, authentic content that showcases our team, culture, patient experience, and community involvement
- Help strengthen our online reputation
, including increasing and managing Google reviews and finding creative ways to showcase patient experiences - Manage and support broader digital marketing initiatives
- Track marketing performance and use data to identify opportunities for growth
- Help develop and strengthen our public relations and community presence
- Represent our practice throughout the community by attending and participating in events such as farmers markets, community festivals, local events, health fairs, and other community gatherings
- Build relationships with local businesses, organizations, and community partners
- Look for creative opportunities to increase our visibility and become a more recognizable and trusted presence in the community
- Brainstorm new ways to increase awareness, engagement, and patient connections
- Be a hands‑on problem solver who sees challenges as opportunities
