Seeking Volunteers To Help At Red Cross Blood Drives!
- Boscawen Area role at American Red Cross of Northern New England
The American Red Cross, through its strong network of volunteers, donors and partners, supports disaster relief, blood donation safety, and community services. This role involves assisting local blood drives as a Blood Donor Ambassador.
Responsibilities- Provide excellent and enthusiastic customer service to enhance the blood donor experience.
- Engage with blood donors to promote blood donation and encourage long-term regular donations.
- Assist donors with re-hydration after donation and observe for post-donation reactions.
- Express gratitude and ensure each blood donor is sincerely thanked for their donation.
- Friendly, people-oriented personality with a desire to volunteer in person.
- Passionate about the Red Cross mission.
- Basic computer skills and ability to treat all donors and drive staff with respect.
