Registered Nurse; RN – Rehab

About the Opportunity

We’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join a Long-Term Care and Rehabilitation facility in Winchester, NH
. This role is ideal for an RN who thrives in a supportive environment and takes pride in delivering quality care to residents focused on recovery and long-term well‑being.

Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with established care plans.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

Monitor patient progress and report any changes in condition to the healthcare team.

Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, and interdisciplinary staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.

Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and promote their independence.

Adhere to infection control, safety, and quality standards.

Active RN license in New Hampshire (or compact state).

Experience in long‑term care and/or rehab settings required.

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational abilities.

Compassionate, dependable, and dedicated to providing exceptional patient care.

Competitive hourly rate – $37/hr
