Current Hana Table experience (fracture table/anterior hip) required – non-negotiable NH Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate REQUIRED at submission Local candidates (21–75 miles) billed at 10% reduced rate; candidates within 20 miles not considered RTO must be disclosed at submission; max 5 days for 13-week assignment No non-billable orientation (0 hrs) Pay & Multipliers: OT, Holiday, Call-Back: 1.25x Call: $4/hr Notes:
