CNA – LTC​/SNF

Job Summary:

Assist nursing staff in providing patient care in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting. Ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of residents through direct support and assistance.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver basic patient care, including bathing, dressing, and feeding residents.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ health or behavior to nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by following infection control and safety protocols.
• Document resident care activities accurately and promptly.
• Assist with mobility and transfers using proper techniques.
• Follow facility policies to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

• Valid CNA certification in good standing.
• Proven experience working with elderly or chronically ill patients preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Must complete a health screening including COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality required.
