CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant - Kingston, Hampshire

A rewarding opportunity is available for a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support students with complex medical needs in an educational setting. This full-time contract role includes responsibilities within a school environment, specifically providing care to 5th-grade students and covering bus transportation duties as needed. The position will start as soon as possible and will continue on an interim basis pending out-of-district placement.

• Provide direct care and support to 5th-grade students with complex medical needs in a 2:1 ratio
• Collaborate with education staff in the school environment to ensure student safety and well-being
• Assist students during bus rides to and from school, ensuring comfort and compliance with safety protocols
• Maintain documentation of care provided and communicate any changes in condition or needs to appropriate professionals
• Adhere to all school, district, and state guidelines for health and patient care

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) licensure
• Previous experience working with school-aged children, preferably at the 5th-grade level, or providing care for individuals with complex medical requirements
• Comfortable assisting during bus transportation
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

• Full-time hours
• Includes coverage of bus transportation duties
