Grounds Supervisor - $1000 sign on bonus

The resort features over 150 guest rooms, a full-service restaurant, and a wide variety of indoor and outdoor amenities (available for employee use).

• Maintain all resort grounds, including parking lots, walkways, outdoor common areas, and landscaped spaces.
• Perform snow plowing and shoveling during winter months, including mornings, nights, and overnight shifts as needed to ensure safe and accessible conditions during storms.
• Maintain and oversee company vehicles, including inspections and basic repairs.
• Maintain the on-site 9-hole executive golf course.
• Perform routine landscaping duties such as mowing, weed-whacking, planting, mulching, and watering.
• Ensure building accessibility and curb appeal by removing litter, debris, snow, and ice from walkways and parking areas, including employee parking areas.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following all company policies and procedures.
• Order materials and supplies as needed, including parts, fuel, salt, sand, and equipment.
• Stay current with job knowledge through training and educational opportunities.

• Minimum of 3 years of groundskeeping or landscaping experience preferred.
• Snow removal and plowing experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience with equipment operation and maintenance.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to work independently.
• High level of initiative, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate important information clearly.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
