Gunstock Mountain Resort in Gilford, NH, is excited to announce openings for Lift Operators this winter season. As a Lift Operator, you will play a vital role in the safe and efficient operation of our aerial chairlifts and surface lifts, enhancing the experience of skiers and snowboarders. Your responsibilities will include creating a secure environment for guests during loading and unloading, assisting them with any challenges, and supporting essential opening and closing procedures.

Additionally, you will be tasked with answering questions about trails, weather conditions, and resort services, all while maintaining accurate operational records and swiftly responding to emergencies. Peak and weekend availability is preferred, allowing you to engage fully in the exhilarating atmosphere of Gunstock Mountain Resort while delivering stellar customer service.

To excel as a Lift Operator at Gunstock Mountain Resort, candidates should possess a range of essential skills and qualifications. A key requirement is the ability to remain stationary for extended periods while effectively operating lift equipment, ensuring the safety and comfort of our guests. Physical capability is crucial, as you will need to navigate around the resort, ascend and descend stairs, and lift up to 25 pounds when necessary.
