Job Description:
Quality Control (QC) Engineer
Location: Malur
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities- Conduct quality inspections on raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods.
- Develop and implement quality standards, procedures, and documentation.
- Identify and resolve quality issues during production.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain and calibrate testing equipment to ensure accurate measurements.
- Prepare and present quality reports and metrics to management.
- Assist in internal audits and support external audits.
- Education:
Diploma/Degree in Engineering (
Mechanical, Electrical, or related field
). - Experience:
1-3 years of experience in quality control, preferably in lighting or electronics manufacturing. - Strong knowledge of QC tools and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, 5S, etc.).
- Familiarity with ISO standards and industry compliance.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
