Experience and Qualifications:
- Successful completion of 1 year of chemistry and biology at FPU.
- Safety and ethics training required before beginning position, ongoing assessment, and training.

The Franklin Pierce University Undergraduate Student Mentored Research Program is committed to providing an array of research experiences to undergraduate students. Selection of applicants is based upon academic performance in the sciences, statement of career and academic goals, and letter of recommendation from a biology or health science faculty member. Selected students will work with faculty researchers for a prescribed period determined by the faculty member on projects in the areas of the natural sciences.
Students receive stipends based on individual grants and related regulations. No housing is provided, although students can apply for funds to help support these expenditures through the Undergraduate Research Fund.
