We are seeking a guest and team‑focused leader for our Dunkin’ franchise located in Seabrook, NH. This role offers a dynamic, fast‑paced environment within a family‑owned 28‑location franchise in New Hampshire & Maine.
Base Pay Range$50,000.00/yr - $50,000.00/yr

Store Managers typically work 5/6, 8‑10‑hour days, about 40‑55 hours per week, including weekends and holidays. Reliable transportation and flexible availability are required.
Responsibilities- Create a fun, friendly, and safe environment for team members and customers.
- Ensure operational and cleanliness standards are met daily.
- Create sales programs to leverage business opportunities.
- Maintain labor budgets, food cost targets, guest surveys, and brand standards.
- Perform weekly and monthly administrative tasks such as payroll, scheduling, product ordering, inventory counts, food safety, and operational audits.
- At least 1 year of food service management experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team toward success.
- Serv Safe Certification preferred.
- Understanding of confidentiality and leadership responsibilities.
- Physical ability to sit, stand, traverse, and lift up to 50lbs for up to 12 hours.
- Arrive on time.
- Excellent guest service skills.
- Ability to foresee problems before they occur.
- Leader and role model for employees.
- Previous managerial experience strongly preferred.
- Previous fast‑food/quick‑service restaurant experience required.
- Top‑notch customer service skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent leadership skills.
