Overview

We are hiring immediately for a full-time CASHIER/FOOD SERVICE WORKER position.

Pay Range: $20.00 per hour to $25.00 per hour.

• Operate Point of Sale system and assist the Chef; prepare coffee and keep coffee and cashier stations clean.
• Help prepare foods such as meats, vegetables, baked goods and desserts; assist with catering orders.
• Perform cashier duties using the POS system; maintain cash accuracy with receipts and make deposits at the end of each shift.
• Provide service in all retail areas, including cashiering and line serving.
• Perform general cleaning duties and remove trash to designated areas.
• Inventory and restock supplies and food products; set up serving line and ensure temperatures are taken and within acceptable ranges; notify cooks if temperatures are not within limits.
• Serve hot and cold items to customers; set up items for daily purchase; keep refrigerator stocked and rotated (FIFO).
• Record floor stock and refrigerator temperatures daily; maintain par levels in pantries.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Cooking and sanitation experience required.
• Must be willing to help out in all departments.
• Strong customer service and cash handling skills preferred.
