. This position is part of the Black Diamond Pub where we seek full‑time and part‑time cooks for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Banquets shifts.

Cooks are responsible for all food preparation and execution under the supervision of the Executive and Sous Chefs. General experience on the cold kitchen and hot line is preferred but not required. A high level of dedication to food sanitation, safety, and hygiene is a must.

Strong team player with a positive attitude. Cooks should be reliable, self‑motivated, able to work independently as well as with a team. Experience is appreciated but a desire to listen and learn is greatly appreciated.

• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs
• Must be able to carry server trays
• Work weekends and holidays
• Able to communicate effectively with staff and resort guests
• Must be able to work on your feet for most of your shift
