Pay Range

$14.75/hr – $18.30/hr

Advocate for our guests and consistently meet their expectations by providing a friendly, helpful, easy, and safe shopping experience. Project a professional appearance and maintain a neat, clean work area at all times. Bag groceries, perform price checks, and carry items to guests’ cars.

• Greet guests, make eye contact, and thank them in each interaction.
• Deliver a friendly, helpful, easy, and safe shopping experience that meets guests’ expectations.
• Project a professional appearance in accordance with the dress code and personal grooming policy.
• Work safely and maintain a neat, clean work area in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Fill all guest orders with great care and efficiency (bag groceries, price checks, loading carts, and carry outs).
• Operate the bottle return area safely in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain sufficient stock level on front‑end supplies.
• Communicate new policies or promotional programs to guests.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management in adherence to all company policies and procedures.

• Basic computer skills and satisfactory performance reviews.

Sitting: 5‑8 hours per shift;
Standing: 5‑8 hours per shift;
Bending: frequent 3‑5 hours;
Twisting: 5‑8 hours;
Squatting/Kneeling: frequent 3‑5 hours;
Pushing/Pulling: occasional to 50 lbs;
Pivoting: frequent 3‑5 hours.

Standard retail equipment includes checkout systems, bagging machines, and shelf‑counters.
