Overview

Organize and run all matters related to reservations, registration, and cash out for the Children's Center Programs. This is a Friday through Tuesday position, with holidays required.

As a customer focused organization, a crucial part of each employee's job is to get and keep guests.

Responsibilities

• Knowledgeable of all aspects of the Snow sports Programs
• Answer incoming calls, take reservations and answer questions in a professional and courteous manner.
• Assist instructors with student needs, such as at lunch and snack times, using the restroom, and dressing for lessons.
• Assist the supervisors in the different Snow sports departments when needed.
• Contribute to team effort by participating in Job Sharing; assuming responsibility for the cleanliness of the resort; participating in daily safety and service meetings; accept diverse assignments; maintain a positive and friendly demeanor in all internal and external interactions.
• Must have good communication skills.

Qualifications

• To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
