Summary
Provides fast, friendly, helpful, and efficient service to all Price Chopper customers. Ensures adherence to all production/display guidelines regarding bakery products to promote optimal sales opportunities. Operates within all sanitation guidelines and procedures set by the company and state.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Consistently work to provide fast, friendly, helpful, and efficient customer service at all times.Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work station, according to 5S standards.Ensure customer satisfaction through product availability, quality, outstanding service, and sanitary conditions.Maintain a proper variety of cakes to meet customer needs, in collaboration with the Bakery Manager.Manage “Deco Pac” inventories with the Bakery Manager, based on physical counts and corporate guidelines.Maintain standards for product variety, such as Butter crème and seasonal colors.Assist in maintaining production levels and shrinkage according to company guidelines.Operate bakery equipment including ovens, mixers, and utensils.May be asked to oversee bakery operations in the absence of the bakery manager and first clerk.Make all customer special orders, such as cake orders.Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including sanitation regulations.Perform other duties as assigned by management.Minimum Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
