The Sales Associate is responsible for operating the station efficiently and profitably during their shift, ensuring all store policies are followed and that customer needs are met. The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a customer‑centric approach.

• Work flexible schedules as required.
• Communicate effectively with management regarding store operations and any necessary changes.
• Interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Prepare and submit a shift report at the end of each shift following company guidelines.
• Be at least 18 years old.

• Provide an exceptional customer experience for every patron.
• Greet customers with a smile and sincere welcome.
• Promote specials and suggest possible purchases.
• Take full responsibility for executing the customer service program at the station level.

• Minimize safety risks to employees, customers, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and hazardous‑material regulations.
• Report accidents, injuries, or incidents promptly.
• Maintain a clean and safe store environment.
• Operate all assigned equipment safely and efficiently.
• Support the company’s Safety and Health program.

• Read, write, and understand English at an eighth‑grade level.
• Perform arithmetic calculations at an eighth‑grade level (e.g., making change, completing shift reports).
• Verify identification when selling tobacco and/or alcohol in compliance with regulations.
• Lift up to 30 pounds using proper techniques.
• Remain calm and respond according to policies during emergencies.
• Tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products.
• Work in varying temperature environments, including outdoor weather and indoor conditions.
• Perform general housekeeping duties.
• Be at least 18 years old.

• Lift up to 50 pounds as required.
• Traverse and access all areas of the store.
• Sit at a desk and work on a computer for prolonged periods.
• Stand for prolonged periods.
