We're looking for a friendly and dependable Gift Shop Salesclerk to join our team at The Brook. In this role, you'll help create a welcoming shopping experience for guests while assisting with merchandise sales, inventory, and daily gift shop operations.

• Greet and assist gift shop guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Process purchases, exchanges, and refunds accurately
• Maintain knowledge of merchandise, promotions, and special events
• Stock, price, and organize merchandise displays
• Receive and verify incoming shipments
• Assist with inventory counts and inventory control
• Package and wrap merchandise for guests
• Keep the gift shop clean, organized, and well-stocked
• Deliver exceptional customer service every day

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail, customer service, or cash-handling experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to operate computers, cash registers, and retail equipment
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Dependable attendance and ability to follow directions
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Must be at least 21 years of age
