The Brand Ambassador delivers a personalized, inspiring in-store shopping experience and helps achieve sales goals. This part-time seasonal role supports Ralph Lauren brand standards, customer engagement, and store initiatives.
Responsibilities- Drive sales by putting customers at the center of decisions and providing attentive service.
- Build customer relationships and clientele through networking and alternative shopping options.
- Support team training, company initiatives, and new shopping technologies.
- Maintain sales floor and store standards and share feedback on customer and category needs.
- Retail or similar experience in a high-volume or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
- Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as required.
- Flexible availability for day, evening, weekend, and occasional overnight shifts.
