Job Summary *
* The Team Leader is responsible for supporting Store leadership, delivering Legendary Service, coaching Team Members, and owning assigned sales-floor presentation areas. Team Leaders are expected to be top selling Team Members and have clear ownership of Power Panels, Clip strips, Endcaps, Clothing recovery, and assigned BOPIS/OMNI support based on store needs.

** Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)*
* It is essential that you be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented, as you must be able to fulfill all of the following requirements:

+ Maintain regular and predictable attendance.

+ Work scheduled shifts, and have the ability to work varied hours, days, nights, weekends, and overtime as dictated by business needs.

+ Uphold and promote a safe and productive work environment by following and enforcing policies and procedures.

+ Deliver Legendary Service and reinforce Leading with Legendary behaviors through Customer engagement, Team Member coaching, and accountability for execution.

+ Use A+ Coaching to celebrate and develop Team Members, improve selling behaviors, and reinforce consistent operating standards.

+ Deliver Legendary Service and model selling behaviors as one of the top selling Team Members in the store.

+ Own Power Panel execution, maintenance, replenishment, signing, and recovery.

+ Own Clipstrip execution, maintenance, replenishment, signing, and recovery.

+ Own Endcap execution, maintenance, signing, and recovery.

+ Own full weekly Clothing Department recovery, including assigned standards and follow-up.

+ Support BOPIS/OMNI execution, including picking, staging, Customer handoff, and follow-up as assigned.

+ Lead assigned Team Members during shifts, including task delegation, follow-up, service expectations, and safe work practices.

+ Support front-end, sales-floor, recovery, and Customer engagement routines as assigned by the Store Manager or Sales Manager.

+ Support Store readiness by owning and maintaining Power Panels, Clip strips, Endcaps, and Clothing.

+ Operate cash register/computer, forklift, and other equipment as needed; assist customers with loading purchases.

+ Complete all documentation associated with the above job duties accurately and timely.

+ Obtain license or certifications as needed by the business.

+ May be required to perform other duties as assigned.

** Required Qualifications*

Experience:

_ Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.  Supervisory experience preferred. Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license.

Education:

_  High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Regardless of education level, you must be able to read, write, and count accurately.

** Preferred knowledge, skills or abilities*
* + Basic computer skills.

+ Ability to read, write, and count accurately.

+ Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve issues ethically and with minimal conflict.

+ Ability to perform and execute principle responsibilities of Team Members.

** Working Conditions*
* + Working environment is favorable, generally working inside with moderate noise.

+ Indoor floors and outdoor lots generally are hard surfaces (concrete, asphalt, etc.) lighting and temperature are adequate.

+ Ability to work outdoors in adverse weather conditions.

+ Work shifts vary from one store to another, but generally are no less than 4 hours and may exceed 8 hours.
