What You Will Be DoingAs a full-time Technology Sales Consultant, you will work in a kiosk location inside a large National Retail Partner store. You will use your talents, passion for technology, and customer service skills to create an exceptional guest experience and to support and sell into the SMB segment.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals while maintaining operational compliance.
- Engage customers with charisma and provide top-notch service.
- Follow the EGET (Every Guest Every Time) process consistently.
- Turn No into solutions by addressing current and future guest needs.
- Be a passionate guest advocate and have fun while helping guests.
- Maintain effective working relationships with peers, managers, and key stakeholders.
- Provide product and solution recommendations to meet guest needs.
- Excel in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Drive repeat traffic and seek referral business by delivering excellent guest experiences.
- Outbound prospecting and nurturing SMB clients using exclusive CRM tools while on location.
Compensation includes base hourly rate plus uncapped commission. Typical annual earnings range from $45,000 to $70,000, depending on performance.

You excel in a sales environment and are passionate about providing exceptional customer service. You set high standards for achieving goals, think critically, and build solutions for SMB clients. You are adaptable, relate well to diverse individuals, and perform at a high level. You should be confident making outbound warm and cold calls to prospective clients.
Qualifications- Education:
High school diploma or GED - Experience:
1+ years in customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment; SMB selling experience preferred - Availability:
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak vacation periods - Age:

Legally authorized to work in the U.S. - Physical:
Ability to lift ten pounds and stand for extended periods
All Sales Consultants must complete a 2-week training program, which may include overnight travel at the company s expense. Ongoing online and computer-based training is required.
