Determine Moisture and Feed requirements with Grower and follow through with appropriate action to Grower's specifications (mist, fog, hand water or automatic and / or clear water or fertilizer). Participate in the sterilization/ sanitation of all greenhouses. Weed management surrounding the greenhouses and cold frames. Tests soil for PH and EC. Applies pesticides to ensure plant quality and health. Participates in tracking plant health;

checks for insects and records the areas where found. Spreads out and releases beneficial control insects onto plants. Collects leaves and / or stems, grinds them, and applies labels as needed. Practice / apply all necessary and appropriate safety measures to keep the greenhouses safe.

1 worker will start work around 12/4/26, 2 workers start around 1/4/27, 2 workers start around 2/1/27

Tenure Pay scale: for returning workers, here is the additional hourly pay based on how many years with the company.

1 year: $ .63

2 years $ 1.13

3 years $ 2.13

4 years $ 3.13

5 years $ 4.13

High School diploma or equivalent is preferred. 1 month of work in farming, greenhouse or general agriculture.

Housing:
Employer-provided (including mobile or range)

Meals:
The employer will furnish free cooking facilities so workers may prepare their own meals. Free transportation will be provided once a week to grocery store so workers can purchase their groceries.

Transport:
For workers who complete 50% of the work contract period, the company will reimburse the worker for costs incurred by the worker for transportation and reasonable subsistence from the place from which the worker has come to work for the employer. Employees transportation will be arranged to and from their country of origin by some combination of plane, train, bus, taxi service and or employer vehicle.
