Outside In Construction, INC is seeking two experienced Carpenters to join our Field Operations team. In this hands‑on role, you’ll contribute your craftsmanship and expertise to a variety of custom residential construction projects. • Perform a wide variety of carpentry tasks, including framing, finishing, and custom woodworking
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans accurately
• Safely and effectively operate hand and power tools to complete project tasks
• Select and work with various building materials per project requirements
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment
• Collaborate closely with project managers, contractors, and team members to achieve project goals
• Identify and resolve construction issues as they arise (problem solving on the job site)
• Maintain high standards of quality and craftsmanship in all work
• Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used (project documentation)

• 4+ years of proven carpentry experience in residential construction
• Solid knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and industry best practices
• Proficient in using a variety of carpentry tools and equipment
• Ability to provide your own hand/power tools
• Must have a valid Drivers License and provide own transportation
• Strong mathematical and measurement skills
• Physically able to perform carpentry work (lifting, standing, bending, climbing ladders)
• Ability to work independently or as part of a collaborative team
• Detail‑oriented, reliable, and committed to delivering high‑quality workmanship
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Additional certifications or trade school education are a plus, but not required

Full‑Time - Monday through Friday

Onsite - Based in New Hampshire (projects performed locally - must be able to commute to job sites)
