Commercial Roofing Leadman Summary

You will be assisting the foreman of our roofing crews and responsible for the installation, removal and replacement of commercial roof systems. You would help manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish and ensure the highest level of craftsmanship.

Commercial Roofing Leadman Responsibilities

• Removal and installation of all types of roof systems including: BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope (tile/shingles)
• Roof maintenance and repairs
• Perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines
• Maintain professional interaction with all customers
• Manage commercial roofing crew, includes completing required paperwork, attending meetings as necessary, assist in training of crew members as needed
• Tracking inventory and filing daily reports

Commercial Roofing Leadman Requirements

• 3 years experience leading commercial roofing crews
• Experience with all types of commercial roofing systems is ideal
• A valid driver's license
• Initiative, Integrity, and Adaptability
• Must be able to climb ladders, regularly bend, climb and kneel
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly
• Must be able to work at varying heights and during variety of weather conditions
• Must be able to pass preemployment screening

  Field environment with exposure to heights, noise and temperature
• Physical effort:
  Extensive standing, walking, climbing ladders. Frequent lifting not to exceed 50 pounds

Usted sera el lider del equipo de servicio y responsable de investigar, localizer y reparar fugas y defectos en los siguientes sistemas comerciales de techado EPDM, PVC, TPO, Techado construido, betun modificaso y metal de pendiente baja. Gestionara proyectos comerciales de techado de principio a fin y garantizara el mas alto nivel de artesania.

Responsabilidades

• Retiro y instalacion de todo tipo de sistemas de techos comerciales, incluidos: BUR, Betun modificaso, TPO, EPDM, PVC y sistemas de techos metalicos inclinados.
• Mantenimiento y reparacion de techos.
• Realizar el trabajo de acuerdo con las especificaciones del trabajo y las pautas de seguridad.
• Mantener una interaccion profesional con todos los clients.
• Administrar el equipo de techado comercial, include completer el papeleo requerido, asistir a las reuniones segun sea necesario, ayudar en la capacitacion de los miembros del equipo segun sea necesario.

Requisitos del Capataz del Servicio de Techado Comercial

• Debe tener al menos 18 años
• Mas de 2 años de experiencia liderando equipos comerciales de techado
• Una licencia de conducir valida
• Debe ser bilingue, ingles y español
• Debe poder levantar mas de 50 libras regularmente.
• Debe ser capaz de trabajar a diferentes alturas y durante una variedad de condiciones climáticas.
• Habilidad para conmunicarse bien con clients, supervisor y compañeros de trabajo.
• Inciativa, integridad y adptabilidad
• Experto en tecnologia

  Entorno de campo con exposicion a alturas, ruido y temperaturas
• Esfuerzo fisico:
  Estar de pie mucho tiempo, caminar, subir una escalera. Levantamiento frecuente que no exceda las 50 libras.
