Heavy Equipment Road Mechanic

Vermeer All Roads is opening a brand-new location in Chichester, NH
, and we’re hiring an experienced Heavy Equipment Field Mechanic to join our team. Put your skills to work repairing Vermeer machinery and components in a safe, professional, and timely manner. Depending on your level of expertise, you may work under direct supervision while building your skills and advancing your career.

• Hourly pay: $25–$35 (based on experience)
• Production bonuses available
• Full-time schedule with flexibility – no nights or weekends

• Service, repair, and recondition Vermeer equipment as directed by the Service Manager
• Diagnose malfunctions in hydraulics, electrical, and hydrostatic systems
• Perform welding and fabrication work as needed
• Recommend appropriate repairs and prepare cost estimates
• Maintain accurate records of all repairs performed
• Stay current with industry trends and technical advancements
• Communicate with the factory for technical support
• Perform other duties as assigned

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience with hydraulics, hydrostatics, and electrical troubleshooting
• Welding experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (Vermeer All Roads does not provide H1‑B sponsorship)
