Maintenance Person, Building Maintenance, Maintenance Technician ​/ Mechanic

Section 1
- Job Summary:

Maintain resort maintenance to achieve the highest possible guest/owner satisfaction ratings.

Section 2 - Essential Job

Duties & Responsibilities:

Process and complete work requests.

Maintain and repair facility systems and equipment, including but not limited to; HVAC refrigeration, electrical, lighting, kitchen, plumbing, domestic water, drainage, pool and fitness.

Maintain preventative maintenance program as directed by management.

Section 3
- Skills Required:

Ability to work weekend shifts.

Possess strong organizational skills.

Must be able to work independently.

Must be able to work in a team environment.

Section 4
- Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods. Frequently, the position requires kneeling, stooping, and bending.

Ability to lift/push/pull 25 lbs. Frequently the position requires lifting/pushing/pulling of 50 lbs. Occasionally the positions requires lifting/pushing/pulling of 80 lbs.

Ability to see close and distant, have peripheral and depth perception, and have the ability to have focused vision.

Ability to work in all weather environments.

Section 5
- Education / Experience:

High school diploma and/or experience in a hotel, resort, or related field preferred.

Must have a valid driver's license, driving record in good standing.

Trade school or college course work in related field helpful.
