MJR Painting is seeking experienced, dependable painters to join our growing team. We are a professional painting contractor serving residential and commercial clients throughout New Hampshire, Vermont, and Massachusetts. We offer year-round work, a positive team environment, and opportunities for advancement.

$27–$32+ per hour based on experience, skill level, certifications, and production ability.

• Minimum 2 years of professional painting experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and attention to detail
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work on ladders, scaffolding, and lifts
• Ability to pass background screening if required

• OSHA Certification (preferred)
• Lead-Safe Certification (preferred)
• Lift Operation Experience (preferred)
• Experience supervising projects or crew members (a plus)

Candidates should have experience in most or all of the following:

• Washing, scraping, sanding, and priming
• Caulking and sealing
• Protecting client property and jobsite setup
• Proper masking and covering techniques

• Interior and exterior painting
• Residential and commercial painting
• Brush, roll, and spray application
• Fine finish work on trim, doors, and woodwork
• Cabinet refinishing and cabinet painting

• Drywall patching and repair
• Texture matching
• Minor carpentry and trim repairs
• Surface restoration and preparation

• Working in occupied commercial spaces
• Following safety protocols and jobsite procedures
• Operating lifts and elevated work platforms
• Understanding production schedules and quality standards
