Field Mechanic (Hooksett, NH)

$27.00/hour or more based on experience Tool reimbursement program Shift differential $10.00 per hour Company vehicle and gas card OT after 8 Paid time off Annual increase potential Comprehensive Training program

What you will do:

• Travel in the field and jobsites and work in the shop as needed (CDL a plus)
• Plans work procedure and/or possible solutions such as part redesign, substitution of material or parts, or rearrangement of parts or subassemblies in conjunction with Equipment Superintendent
• Trouble shoot and maintain all types of heavy equipment including dump trucks, pavers, reclaim and milling machines, loaders, graders, dozers, pavers and rollers
• Examines equipment and discusses with superintendent, operator, or project manager the nature and extent of damage or malfunction
• Ensure engagement of equipment team in all safety best practices, ensure compliance with all company policies and safety rules
• Work closely with all equipment manufactures to keep up with new technology
