Pay: $25.00–$30.00 per hour (Based on Experience)

Additional Compensation: Weekly Performance Bonuses

Profile Power Sports is looking for an experienced, motivated, and dependable Powersports Service Technician to join our growing service department.

We're looking for a self-starter who takes pride in quality workmanship, works efficiently, and can stay productive with minimal supervision. If you have strong mechanical skills, a positive attitude, and a desire to be rewarded for your performance, we'd like to hear from you!

• Diagnose, service, and repair a variety of powersports equipment.

• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and major repairs.

• Complete repair orders accurately and efficiently.

• Follow manufacturer procedures and safety standards.

• Maintain a clean, organized workspace.

• Communicate repair findings and job progress with the service team.

• Previous mechanical experience; powersports experience preferred.

• Must have your own toolbox and tools.

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Dependable attendance and commitment to quality workmanship.

• $25.00–$30.00 per hour
